Position Summary The Facility Security Officer leads and administers the company's industrial security program, protecting classified information and supporting compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), 32 CFR Part 117, and applicable government contract requirements. The FSO serves as the primary security liaison with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), government customers, and other cleared contractors. This position advises company leadership on security risks, maintains facility and personnel security records, and integrates security requirements into daily business operations.
