Connect Staffing is hiring a Packer for a metal parts coating warehouse in Santa Ana, CA. This is a temp-to-hire day shift position paying $17.50/hr. In this role, you will pack finished coated metal parts into boxes according to order specifications, attach labels and shipping documents, and inspect parts for defects before packing.

Pay: $17.50/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-1:30 PM; overtime as needed

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Responsibilities

• Pack finished coated metal parts into boxes according to each order's specifications in a warehouse environment.
• Attach correct labels and shipping documents to completed packages.
• Check items against order details and report any discrepancies or damage.
• Keep the packing station organized and replenish packing supplies as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ months of experience packing parts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience packing small or precision parts such as metal components, hardware, or industrial parts.
• Familiarity with reading and applying shipping labels and packing slips.
• Experience working in a coatings, finishing, or metal fabrication environment.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency while working at a steady production pace.
• Experience keeping a workstation stocked and organized during a production shift.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - E-Verify will be conducted.
• Ability to work at a fast pace throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
