DutiesYou will develop comprehensive quality measurement and tracking systems, ensuring compliance with governing Navy instructions and directives.You will review and analyze quality programs across the command, identifying trends, root causes of deficiencies, and recommending corrective actions to command leadership.You will manage and serve as the command expert for the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Program.You will serve as the subject matter expert and primary oversight authority for the command's Explosives Handling Qualification and Certification (Qual/Cert) program.You will ensure all Unit/Dets maintain strict adherence to Navy Qual/Cert standards for ordnance handling, storage, and transportation.You will provide technical QA oversight of an integrated, multi-functional system involving ordnance materials movement, storage, and processing.You will analyze survey data, fleet feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for service improvement.
