SHI is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to join the Modern Workplace Services team. You will receive service requests, create tickets in SHI's system, and dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS hardware repairs.

This is a remote, work-from-home role supporting a 24/7 operation and requires clear communication via phone, Teams, and email. You will monitor assignments, adjust schedules, and ensure complete customer information is captured to enable successful dispatch.
