Inventory & Materials SpecialistTustin,CA, US69360183 days agoExperience: Mid LevelSalary: $26 - $33 per hourWhat You'll DoMaintain accurate inventory records and process inventory transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)Perform cycle counts, inventory verification, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolutionPull, stage, and kit materials/components for manufacturing work ordersProcess work orders, pick lists, material issues, returns, and inventory adjustmentsMonitor component shortages and overages and help resolve inventory issues affecting productionReplenish materials from the stockroom to production cells using Kanban and point-of-use replenishment systemsReturn excess materials to inventory and ensure transactions are accurately recordedMaintain an organized, accurate, and efficient stockroomSupport physical inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiativesPartner with manufacturing to ensure materials are available to meet production requirementsSupport lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts related to inventory and material flowSafely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as neededWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of inventory control, stockroom, warehouse, or materials experience in a manufacturing environmentHands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for inventory transactions, work orders, and materials trackingExperience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, material staging/kitting, and inventory controlAbility to identify and resolve inventory discrepanciesForklift/material-handling experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsKanban, lean manufacturing, and point-of-use replenishment experience is a plusA bit about us:Our teams work together across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to deliver high-quality equipment and solutions.We're looking for an Inventory & Materials Specialist who can help keep materials moving, inventory accurate, and production supplied.
