Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to support inventory management across third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations. This role will focus on maintaining inventory accuracy, reconciling systems, supporting production-related transactions, and partnering effectively with remote internal teams and external 3PL providers.Employment Type: FreelancePay Rate: Up to $38/hour, depending on experienceLocation: Brea, CADuration: 5 months, with potential for extensionPlease note, ONLY local candidates will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and reconcile inventory activity between 3PL partners and internal systems.Support inbound and outbound inventory processes, cycle counts, kitting, and inventory adjustments.Process and validate NetSuite transactions related to inventory control and production.Assist with work order and assembly build workflows in NetSuite.Maintain and review bills of materials to support accurate inventory and production records.Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse and 3PL teams.Create and maintain inventory reports, trackers, and analyses using Excel and Google Sheets.Communicate clearly with cross-functional, remote stakeholders to resolve operational issues efficiently.RequirementsApproximately 2-3 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, or 3PL experience.Hands-on experience with 3PL inventory processes, including inbounds, outbounds, cycle counts, kitting, and adjustments.Strong NetSuite knowledge, including work orders, assembly builds, inventory transactions, and bills of materials.Experience performing system-to-system inventory reconciliations between 3PL partners and internal systems.Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and validate inventory data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and easy to work with in a fast-paced operational setting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
