Bilingual Appointment Scheduler / Medical Receptionist (Spanish/English) - Long Beach, CA

A leading neurology practice is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly Bilingual (Spanish/English) Appointment Scheduler / Medical Receptionist to support a busy front office.

Schedule & Pay
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Long Beach, CA

Key Responsibilities
• Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries
• Support front-desk workflow including patient check-in
• Assist with insurance verification and related administrative tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients

Requirements
• 6+ months experience in a medical front office role (scheduling, reception, check-in, insurance verification, etc.)
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional healthcare admin training/certs a plus)
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency; EMR/EHR experience preferred
