We're currently seeking a dependable and motivated Hybrid Mid Shift / Packer to join our Santa Ana team.Position OverviewThe Hybrid Mid Shift / Packer is a cross-functional role that supports multiple areas of operations including packing, dispatch, delivery support, and general operational assistance. This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient workflows, order accuracy, operational readiness, and supporting overall store performance.This role is designed for individuals who are flexible and comfortable supporting different operational functions based on business needs throughout the shift.ResponsibilitiesAccurately pack orders for pickup and delivery using two-sets-of-eyes verificationAssist with accepting and coordinating incoming ordersSupport dispatch with answering phones, routing assistance, and operational communication as neededAssist with preparing and organizing orders to maintain workflow efficiencybe expected to drive and operate company vehicles when business needs require additional coverageCompany vehicle will be provided when driving is required.
