We're currently hiring delivery drivers to support our team.We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-focused individuals who enjoy being on the road, staying active, and delivering smiles to customers.Position Highlights:Anticipated schedule: part-time 3 daysper week, 8-10 hours per dayincluding at least one weekend dayExtra shifts may be available, but not guaranteedOpportunity for full-time permanent employment : Drivers may be considered for long-term roles based on performance and business needs (review required)What You'll Do:Safely deliver 240- 400 packages per day to homes, apartments, and businessesOperate and inspect a delivery vehicle, ensuring it meets safety and cleanliness standardsRepeatedly load and unload packages up to 50lbsOften tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without helperNavigate and follow delivery routes using a company-provided deviceWork in all weather conditions: rain, heat, cold, etc.Maintain high standards for attendance, performance, and safetySupport teammates as needed by assisting with additional routesCommunicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer serviceBefore your first shift, you'll complete a 2-day training course and a ride-along with an experienced driver.QualificationsWhat You Need:Be at least 21 years oldAuthorized to work in the U.S.Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50lbsWillingness to undergo DOT drug screening, DOT physical exam, and successfully complete trainingPrior delivery or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredAdditional InformationCompetitive hourly payHealth insuranceTuition assistance through the Next Mile Program$125 annual Zappos shoe credit for safety footwear#J-18808-Ljbffr
