Immediate need for a talented Materials Associate, Warehouse. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Santa Ana, CA(Onsite).Job ID: 26-28820Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: Process shipping and receiving at the Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations as neededPrepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing productKey person to ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each moveEnsure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distributionComplete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priorityMaintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortagesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docksCourier inventory as needed between sites in Santa Ana & Costa MesaExpedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedulesKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: Warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent roleAbility to be onsite, local to Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CAMust be able to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as neededValid driver's license1+ years forklift experience and licenseExperience working in the defense/aerospace industryFamiliarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management toolingFamiliarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch trackingExperience packaging and handling hazardous shipmentsAble to adapt in fast-paced environmentsAbility to flex as work shifts can be subject to change depending on the business needAbility to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectivelyEligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. clearanceActive secret or top secret clearance within the last 5 yearsOur client is a leading Defense Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.Pyramid Consulting, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
