Accent Building Materials is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a small, tight-knit team where everyone plays an important role.Responsibilities:Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyOperate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materialsLoad outbound trucks and offload incoming containersHandle and organize long wire and threaded rod materialsRepackage bulk nails (50 lb boxes) into smaller 1 lb and 5 lb packagingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as neededGeneral Requirements:Prior forklift experience (required)Comfortable handling long and heavy materialsStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable, punctual, and safety-focusedTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeMotivated self-starter willing to jump in where neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularlyComfortable handling long and heavy materialsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftComfortable working in a warehouse environmentWhat We're Looking For:We're a small team that works closely together, so attitude and work ethic matter just as much as experience.
