Key Responsibilities:
Review mortgage files meticulously for completeness and accuracy.
Audit files to ensure all required forms and documents are included and meet documentation standards.
Cross-verify system data against physical documents to ensure consistency and correctness.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to facilitate document review and data verification processes.
Identify, flag, and resolve discrepancies within electronic records.
Process reinstatements, allonges, and trailing documents efficiently.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned to support team goals.
Qualifications:
Preferred 2+ years supporting data entry and document review roles.
Mortgage document review experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven experience as a file clerk or in data entry.
Proficiency in navigating Excel for review and data input.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
