Warehouse Team MemberAs a member of the Warehouse team you will play a key role in the delivery of products to our customers by safely and efficiently picking and loading orders for next-day delivery.Compensation: Hourly $24/HR Day Shift 8am- 4pm. Free Life and AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program.If you are looking for a warehouse career with a Company that lives their values everyday with the goal of having their associates feel supported, engaged, and empowered, then come join our winning team.Job ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment and LoadingBuild orders for dock routes per invoice in a timely and accurate manner through case picking or on the bottle line.Load route trucks with product per the computerized schematics.Equipment Operation and MaintenancePerform daily inspection of assigned warehouse equipment and reports any deficiencies.Move product by safely and responsibly operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack and floor scrubber, as needed.Safety and ComplianceSafely and properly handling shipments and replenishment of product.Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and reports any unsafe work area conditions.Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product.Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or its equivalent, preferredPrevious warehouse experience and/or training, preferredAbility to understand and follow verbal and written English instructionsDemonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgmentDemonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multi-taskPhysical Demands of JobCarrying and lifting of up to 65 pounds to perform various duties as assigned for extended periodsFrequent reaching with intermittent reaching overheadStanding for extended periods of time to perform various dutiesWalking for extended periods of time to perform various dutiesFrequent squatting and/or bending to perform various duties as assignedThis job description is only a summary of the typical functions of this position, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks and duties.
