The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing the receiving, documentation, proper storage, and shipment of IFE Aerospace components and materials. This individual will focus primarily on international shipping and typical warehouse duties.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeet productivity demands established by work functionReceive material from suppliers, validate packing sheets and contents against purchase orders and performs the required receiving steps in the company business systemProcess all outgoing item shipments, ensuring items are packaged according to industry practice and company procedures so that they can be delivered without damagePerform picking, packing and transacting of internal production ordersMaintain accurate company records via the company business system and enter corrections and adjustments as authorized by managementPrepare shipping documentation and coordinate deliveries with carriers with help from othersPrepare and transact NPR shipments from customersPrepare and transact rejected parts from contracted manufacturersRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field5+ years of experience in international shippingExperience with domestic and international shipping/receivingExperience with inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventoriesForklift/Material Handling equipment experienceAdvanced experience with ERP systemsExperience with WMS/RF systemsAdvanced computer data entry skillsBenefitsThe starting pay range for this position is $23 to $24 per hour however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.In addition to a comprehensive package of health benefits that include company contributions, RAVE Aerospace offers a variety of additional benefits and perks to enhance your work-life balance experience including but not limited to:Discretionary bonus programFuture financial security with a 401(k) program with company matchPaid time off covering vacations, personal time off and sick days, capped off by an exciting year-end holiday shutdown#J-18808-Ljbffr
