Warehouse Associate

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Order Picker

• Read digital or printed work orders.
• Locate and pull products accurately from inventory.
• Prepare and stage items for packing and shipment.
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain productivity standards.

Packer

• Prepare products for shipment by inspecting items for quality and condition.
• Securely wrap and package products according to shipping requirements.
• Weigh packages and update inventory records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Lift and move boxes and materials as required.

Shipper/Receiver

• Process domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate the movement of parts, materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
• Utilize shipping software and carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and WorldShip.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of recent shipping, receiving, warehouse, or stockroom experience.
• Retail stockroom experience will be considered.
• Experience working in a paperless warehouse environment.
• Experience with pick-and-pack operations.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices.
• Experience using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and WorldShip shipping systems.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and follow company quality policies in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required (must be verified).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience shipping products in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a medical device or regulated manufacturing facility is a plus.
