Warehouse Clerk (Shipping & Receiving)Location: Fullerton, CA Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support shipping and receiving operations for a company specializing in refrigerators, air conditioning units, and cold refrigeration equipment. This role is responsible for handling inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments (refrigerators, air units, and refrigeration systems)Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentationMaintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse systemsLoad and unload products safely using proper equipmentPerform data entry and track orders using warehouse management systems (WMS)Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveriesOrganize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse spaceConduct cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsQualificationsPrevious experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferredAbility to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance)Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, Microsoft Office)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicPreferred SkillsExperience handling large appliances or HVAC/refrigeration equipmentFamiliarity with WMS or ERP systemsForklift experience (a plus)Work EnvironmentWarehouse setting handling large appliances and refrigeration unitsMay involve exposure to varying temperatures depending on inventoryStanding, walking, and lifting required throughout the shift
