• Maintain contact lists and produce/distribute correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports and developing a filing system.
• Order office supplies and book travel arrangements.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Provide general support to visitors and respond to information requests.
• Research and create presentations; generate reports.
• Handle multiple projects and prepare/monitor invoices.
• Develop administrative staff through training and growth opportunities.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and manage inventory supplies.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferences

• Experience with office management software, such as ERP systems.
• Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
• Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
