Job TitleUnder close supervision, expedites the flow of work orders through the manufacturing process according to production and shipping schedules, inform the status of orders and any situations affecting the production schedule.ResponsibilitiesWorking Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.Job Responsibilities:Receiving and stocking all raw materialsMoving raw materials throughout the manufacturing process as needed to maintain production schedules.Review production schedule, schedule change notices, and reports or records of the status of work orders to identify any production delays.Follow up on special requests or work orders from production supervisors to support departments to ensure communications of such requests, and to identify anticipated or actual delays in the delivery of resources or support services to production department.Perform physical counts of products/components in the manufacturing process or in storage as needed to assist in inventory audits.Use forklift, flatbed truck, and/or other transportation means for moving material within and outside of the facility.QualificationsJob Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED1+ years of experience in a shipping and receiving role, preferably in an aerospace or manufacturing environmentBasic computer and math skillsUnderstand use of fork life, order pickerKnowledge on scale countingExperience in packing and shippingKnowledge on QAD and OracleAble to perform assigned duties such as pull work order, dormant inventory and packing finished goods per S-71117Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
