Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process shipping and receiving documentation to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international shipments
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, transfers, and returns
• Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory adjustments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping/receiving issues quickly
• Utilize shipping software, vendor systems, and ERP (NetSuite preferred)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (Lean/5S standards)
• Assist with general facility tasks and additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
