The Park Club is building one of Orange County's premier private clubs. Our members expect exceptional hospitality, flawless execution, and a team that takes pride in every detail.

We're looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs before they're asked, and understand that hospitality begins long before our members sit down and continues long after they've left.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver every dish confidently using proper seat numbers and silent service techniques.
• Verify every plate before leaving the kitchen for accuracy, presentation, temperature, garnishes, allergies, and modifications.
• Communicate immediately with the kitchen and service staff when discrepancies are identified.
• Maintain proper pacing between courses by coordinating with servers and captains.
• Never allow food to die in the window
• Learn table numbers, seat positions, and dining room layouts.
• Understand event timelines and kitchen priorities.
• Recognize VIP members and special occasions.
• Monitor guest needs while in the dining room instead of immediately returning to the kitchen.

Successful candidates are:

• Have 2-3 years food runner/ server assistant at a sit down, 100-person seat minimum restaurant.
• Self-motivated without constant supervision
• Dependable and consistently on time
• Detail-oriented
• Physically capable of working on their feet for extended periods
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-first professionals who enjoy supporting others
• Comfortable receiving coaching and feedback
• Committed to improving every shift
