Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Orange County, California. This position is 100% onsite and offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls, handling filing, faxing, and mail distribution.
- Responding to inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Performing general data entry tasks.
- Assisting with various projects as assigned.
- Communicating effectively with internal departments and managers.
- Maintaining organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Utilizing computer skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Having recent work experience of 1-2 years onsite in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in handling multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
