In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely entry of imported goods through customs procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations, and other regulatory standards. Your expertise will help streamline our supply chain operations, minimize risk, and uphold the highest standards of compliance management. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit customs documentation for imported goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth clearance processes.
• Monitor shipments throughout the transportation process, managing freight movement and tracking delivery statuses.
• Conduct regulatory reporting and risk assessments related to customs entries, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Maintain detailed records of customs entries, freight documentation, and compliance reports for audit purposes.
• Assist in developing and implementing procedures for compliance management, report writing, and transportation management to optimize operational efficiency.
