Avid Bioservices is a leading clinical and commercial biologics CDMO focused on creating innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients and improve patient outcomes.Your Role:The Supply Chain Clerk is responsible for Inventory Control management for Avid Bioservices.Responsibilities:Establish and document inventory controls and procedures in accordance with Accounting and cGMP standardsMonitor all materials for re‑order points, recommend adjustments to re‑order points if needed for each raw materialCoordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, manufacturing, and other departments under cGMP standards, including the movement from quarantine to available raw materialsMaintain and update SOP's pertaining to raw material tracking as neededResponsible for the reinforcement of cGMP aspects of a pharmaceutical warehousePerform physical inventory counts on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis as neededOrganize all raw materials in an easy to locate and count fashionCoordinate with various departments to ensure accurate tracking of issued raw materialsResponsible for backing up to receiving personnelCross‑train in receiving, packaging and shippingAssist with functions such as issuing vials, finished product inventory, labeling, flash freezing and GMP shipments with QA oversightMaintain all required documentation and controlled formsOther duties may be assignedMinimum Qualifications:High School Graduate: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school is desired, but not required.Experience in roles that involve inventory management or customer service is desiredValid CA Driver's license, good driving record and verification of current insurancePosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:This role is a full‑time onsite position operating Monday through Friday on a 5x8 (5 days x 8 hours) schedule in our Costa Mesa, CA location. Must be available to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays if needed.Compensation:We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, equity grants, performance‑based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.The compensation range for this role is $16.68 to $22.26 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
