Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire job orders across moderately complex, complex, and specialized client accounts.
Work Location: 100% onsite in Buckeye, AZ
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
· Achieve individual and team KPIs and recruitment goals.
· Analyze client hiring needs and create strategic, role-specific recruiting strategies.
· Build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of active and passive candidates.
· Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and client compatibility.
· Ensure a superior candidate experience through guidance on resumes, interview preparation, and role-specific coaching.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on Adecco recruitment tools, processes, and best practices.
· Partner with clients to define strategic objectives, understand workforce planning needs, and build long-term relationships.
· Lead sourcing initiatives leveraging Adecco systems, internet tools, and community networks to identify top talent.
· Plan, coordinate, and host job fairs and community engagement events to strengthen Adecco's footprint.
Leadership & Team Management:
· Act as a leader and escalation point in the absence of management.
· Mentor recruiters on best practices, client engagement, and candidate management.
· Track and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
· Promote a collaborative and high-performing team culture aligned with Adecco's vision and values.
Administrative Responsibilities:
· Oversee candidate tracking, job postings, onboarding, and assignment management in ATS.
· Participate in daily requisition meetings, prioritizing open orders and allocating recruiting resources effectively.
· Maintain competitor analysis and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Minimum of 3–5 years of recruiting experience; prior experience leading or coaching recruiters highly desired.
· Experience within staffing or HR solutions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
· Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
· Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and developing recruiters.
· Ability to build relationships with clients, associates, and the community.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
· Knowledge of employment laws, staffing trends, and recruiting methodologies.
· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
