Housekeeper / Room Attendant (Hospitality Cleaning Associate)

Location: Costa Mesa / Newport Beach / Huntington Beach / Fountain Valley, CA
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available | Weekends Required
Pay: $20.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)

Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers / Room Attendants to support a variety of hotels, resorts, and hospitality properties throughout Orange County.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Successful candidates will be reliable, efficient, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards

• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities

• Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas

• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns

• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment

• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented

• Ability to follow directions and cleaning procedures

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
