We're seeking an experienced Scientist, Analytical Development to join an innovative biopharmaceutical team focused on developing analytical methods that support life-changing biologic therapies.This role offers the opportunity to lead analytical method development, support product characterization, collaborate across multiple scientific disciplines, and drive projects from early development through QC method transfer in a GMP environment.What You'll DoDevelop and optimize analytical methods for biologic products.Perform and troubleshoot:HPLCELISACell-Based AssaysCapillary Electrophoresis (CE)SDS-PAGEMauriceSupport protein characterization and assay validation.Lead validation and stability studies.Write SOPs, test methods, reports, and technical documentation.Partner with Process Development, Manufacturing, QC, Project Management, and external clients.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Quality Control.Mentor junior scientists and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.8+ years of biotech or biopharmaceutical laboratory experience.Hands‑on expertise with:Analytical DevelopmentHPLCELISACell-Based AssaysCapillary Electrophoresis (CE)Assay ValidationGMP DocumentationTechnical WritingCompetitive compensationPerformance BonusPlease NoteOn-site position in Tustin, CA.Applicants must already be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only).If you're passionate about analytical science and developing innovative biologic therapies, I'd love to connect!#J-18808-Ljbffr
