As an Area Supervisor, you'll help recruit, develop, and support the employees who keep children safe every school day. Daily ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, and train new employeesCoach and support School Crossing GuardsConduct field visits and safety reviewsManage schedules and staffing needsComplete payroll and reportingAssist in field operations when needed QualificationsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsDependable and organizedComfortable working independentlyExperience using smartphones, email, and basic technologyReliable transportation and insuranceCandidates living near Fountain Valley or Costa Mesa are preferred due to operational response times. Schedule ExpectationsThis is a seasonal school-year position with scheduled work before and after school. There are no scheduled hours during weekends, school holidays, or summer break.
