Shipping Lead

Volt is immediately hiring for a Shipping Lead for a company located in Aliso Viejo CA.

As an Shipping Lead Assembler you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Process daily outbound shipments accurately and on time
• Prepare and package ordersfor domestic and international shipping
• Coordinate freight shipments and ensure proper documentation
• Verify order details, quantities, and shipping labels for accuracy
• Maintain organized shipping areas and follow company procedures
• Work closely with the Shipping Lead and team to meet daily goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous shipping experience, including freight and international shipments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Team player with good communication skills

• High School Diploma or GED. • knowledge of computers. • Prior assembly experience preferred

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Days: Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
