Job pays $25-27hr to start!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview the following to ensure all orders are processed correctly and efficiently.Daily customer purchase ordersWeekly open order reports from customerDaily/Weekly Customer portalsManage A/R, includingSending invoices via email, EDI, and mailManage Credit Cards transactionsResponsible for the processing of customer orders from entry to invoicing. This includes reviewing over 40+ customers, each with its own unique set of requirements from special labeling to EDI to billing. Effectively communicating these requirements to the floor.Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer files (routing guides, contact sheets, parts lists, etc.)Oversee and maintain master schedule with order requirements and invoiced/shipped order informationMonitor and update daily work schedule in conjunction with Supervisor and Manager and attend meeting as neededProcess online B2C orders including stock checks, pick pack, invoicing, and communications to customer on order statusBlanket order processing, maintenance, and communicationAssist with the handling and processing returns with management approvalProvide verbal and electronic order confirmations to customersParticipate in long term department projects such as New Customer On-Boarding, New Part Checklists, Continuous Improvements Lessons Learned, and Program ChangesDirect company phone calls to internal team members.Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual Sales ReportsCoordinate year end activities including Holiday initiatives, filing, reporting, etc.Assist in department assigned annual cycle countsAssist with general clerical tasks including filing, scanning, etc.Other tasks as assigned by managerQUALIFICATIONSOrganized, detail oriented, self-starter, comfortable communicating in person and by phone with internal and external customers, ability to multi-task, ability to successfully adapt to change.
