SummaryAs a Fulfillment Center associate at Gorjana, you join the team to help create the "Gorjana Experience" for online and retail customers. You will understand how each process, from receiving inventory to order fulfillment, directly impacts the business and our customers. In this role, you will support order fulfillment across multiple departments and assist with inventory processes from receiving to replenishment. You will be responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) across these functions, ensuring orders are shipped on time, inventory is handled accurately, and you follow and model safe behaviors in the warehouse.ResponsibilitiesAccurately receive inventory, pick, and pack orders via handheld devices (RFSmart)Follow standard procedures for inventory receiving and replenishment, packing, and sorting ordersUphold functional and department-level goals and SLAs for receiving timelines and order fulfillmentCommunicate and escalate delays, discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Team Lead/ManagerMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas for receiving, replenishment, packing, and shippingFocus on quality and accuracy; identify and match each product to customer orders and purchase order receiptsFollow safety procedures and participate in required safety trainingIdentify and recommend process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiencyAvailabilityMonday – SundayShifts between 6:00 am - 9:30 pmWeekend shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pmMust be available to work at least one Saturday shift per monthCompetenciesAdaptable and Manage ChangeOrganized and Time ManagementMotivated and Results DrivenCoachable and Receive FeedbackPassionate about our brandRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of age1–2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredExperience with RF-Smart, WMS systems, handheld scanners, and shipping platforms preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and time management skillsReliable, punctual, and a collaborative team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions for this position.
