We're hiring motivated individuals who keep things moving - and we don't take that lightly.Every role makes an impact.Here's what it takes to make yours count.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education preferred2-4 years of inventory, warehouse, distribution, or logistics experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsWorking knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operationsKnowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, and INCOTERMs preferredExperience with shipment booking systems and transportation processesStrong math, computer, and data entry skillsAbility to operate or become certified on forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickersStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs/laddersWillingness to work overtime and weekends as neededJob DutiesSupport receiving, inventory control, kitting, shipping, and carrier booking operationsProcess material movements and maintain accurate inventory transactions in company systemsMonitor inventory accuracy, reconciliations, and product scrap activitiesCoordinate domestic and international shipments, freight bookings, and carrier schedulesMaintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as neededOperate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickersUtilize hand tools and material handling equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure compliance with FAA regulations, AS9201, ISO14000, and 6S requirementsMaintain organization and housekeeping standards across warehouse and distribution areasCollaborate with multiple departments to support production and shipping needsAssist with problem resolution and process improvements related to inventory and logisticsMore Than Just a PaycheckReal support.
