We are currently seeking an experienced Memory Care Health Aide with a strong background in supporting seniors with cognitive and behavioral challenges.

This role requires a compassionate, patient, and emotionally intelligent caregiver with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Memory Care. The ideal candidate must be skilled in managing and redirecting elderly clients experiencing:

Alzheimer's disease
Dementia (all stages)
Parkinson's disease
Aggressive or combative behaviors
Sundowning and confusion episodes
You must be confident in using redirection techniques, de-escalation strategies, and behavioral management approaches while maintaining client dignity and safety.

Caregivers should be comfortable working with:

Clients with advanced cognitive decline
Fall-risk clients requiring close supervision
Clients needing constant cueing and redirection
Ambulatory clients
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) ID – Required
Minimum 2 years of Memory Care experience – Required
Experience handling aggressive behaviors and crisis redirection
Must pass background check and TB test
Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
Strong communication skills & emotional resilience
