We are seeking professional and dependable Bilingual Office Support professional.
This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy supporting customers, coordinating office operations, and serving as a key resource for both clients and internal teams. Successful candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
Support administrative and office operations
Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers, clients, and employees
Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments as needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Support departments with clerical and administrative tasks
Maintain organized filing systems and office records
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written preferred)
Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
