This role involves operating equipment, supporting production processes, and ensuring quality and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a team-based, fast-paced setting. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform production activities in compliance with FDA and cGMP standardsOperate, clean, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipmentLoad/unload and package IV bagsMove materials, including palletsComplete cleaning tasks and document activities in logbooksAccurately record batch data using good documentation practicesAssist across production lines or departments as neededComplete required training on timeFollow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredA minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experienceExperience in a regulated (FDA/cGMP) environment preferred SkillsBasic mechanical/technical aptitudeStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to follow procedures and work under supervisionGood communication and teamwork skills Physical & Work EnvironmentAbility to lift up to 20 lbs occasionallyCombination of sitting, standing, and light physical activityWork in a production/manufacturing environment with standard safety requirements Additional InformationResponsibilities may change based on business needs.
