Position Type: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Pay: $29/hour (~$60,320 annually)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime up to 1 hour)
Work Environment: 100% onsite in a corporate office setting (business casual, open cubicles, collaborative Customer Service team of 3)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Customer Coordinator to support order management, customer service, and inventory-related processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales, and operations while maintaining accuracy across orders, returns, and inventory tracking.
