UFC GYM Personal Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Assist members and encourage their involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, workout programs.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
• Sell training sessions. Execute an effective prospecting strategy and conduct guest tours.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives set forth by the company with regard to fitness and supplements.
• Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics.
• Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.
• Alert the operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally conduct facility walk through daily.
• Supervise coach sales activities. Review agreements and prepare daily paperwork.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Computer proficient, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience.

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
