Cook at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is part-time and will work 8-hour, variable shifts.

Under the general supervision of the chef, prepares and cooks food for patients, staff and visitors. Responsible for maintaining production and related areas in a clean and sanitary manner in accordance with all local, state and federal regulating agencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Within 30 days of hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
• 1 year Experience in quantity food preparation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduation from an armed forces service cooks and bakers program or a community college quantity food production course.
• Food service experience in a hospital or restaurant setting.
