As a Crossroads Security Floor Associate, you'll help provide a safe working environment for our teams and a positive shopping experience for our customers. Crossroads locations are fast-paced lively second-hand clothing retail stores where customers buy and selltheir gently used fashion.

You will balance keeping Crossroads secure and safe while also acting as a welcoming presence and guide to our guests as they come in the front door. Exceptional customer service and good judgment are a must. Some experience in loss prevention and de-escalation techniques is preferred.

• Assist on the floor. You may be tasked with keeping the sales floor clean and tidy during downtime, or with putting clothes out on the sales floor.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
