Expediter

Each expediter's primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again.

Skills and abilities:

• Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times
• Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
• Highly proficient in product, food and beverage knowledge
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Attributes:

• Must maintain excellent customer service skills
• Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
• Promote and participate in a strong team effort
• Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees

Education/requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid California food handler certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
