Receiving/QC Clerk

Responsibilities:
Receiving merchandise and verifying information
Update inventory records and track materials using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading (BOLs) for outgoing shipments.
Inspect outgoing stock to confirm accuracy in quantity, quality, and labeling.
Pack, wrap, and load materials securely for transport according to their right location
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
1-2 years of Receiving/Shipping Clerk experience
Experience working for a Ophthalmic or manufacturing indusry
Strong computer skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
Schedule Needed:
Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm. and training will be from 5:00am – 1:30pm.
