Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or public areas while reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and other unusual conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Support daily operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and/or communicating clearly with staff, visitors, passengers, and first responders as needed.
