What You'll Do
Own and manage all day-to-day office operations
Act as the go-to person for staff, leadership, and external partners
Oversee scheduling, workflows, and internal coordination
Manage office systems, vendors, supplies, and budgets
Support HR, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate meetings, reporting, and operational projects
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Ensure the office runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently at all times
What We're Looking For
Strong Office Manager, Operations, or Administrative leadership experience
A natural ability to take initiative and lead without constant direction
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills - confident working with leadership and teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
