Accounting/Administrative Clerk

Location: Irvine, CA (Fully Onsite)

Pay: $25 - $28/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Accounting/Administrative Clerk to support a mix of accounting and administrative responsibilities. This role will handle approximately 40% accounting functions and 60% administrative support. This is a temporary position to cover a medical leave with strong potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and assist with invoice tracking and approvals
  • Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks
  • Perform basic accounting functions using QuickBooks
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry
  • Assist with general office administration and daily operational support
  • Order office supplies and coordinate office needs
  • Provide support with various administrative projects as needed
  • Maintain organized files and ensure accuracy in all work completed

Requirements:

  • Experience with QuickBooks required
  • Prior experience processing AP invoices required
  • Payroll processing experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in Irvine
