Description:


Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join their client's amazing team. This full-time position is located in a bustling commercial real estate environment and offers a rewarding opportunity to grow in the property management field.



Responsibilities:




  • Assisting the Property Manager in overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the property.


  • Coordinating tenant communications and addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly.


  • Maintaining accurate records of property expenses, lease agreements, and other related documentation.


  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.


  • Ensuring compliance with property regulations and safety standards.


  • Supporting the Property Manager in planning and executing property events and initiatives.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree required.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Experience in property management or related field is a plus.



Work Hours:



Monday to Friday, 1st shift.



Benefits:
