Cooperative Operation

Develop and execute partnership operation strategies and plans in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.

Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with external partners, including suppliers, brands, and service providers.

Manage partnership projects throughout their entire lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, negotiation, implementation, performance evaluation, and continuous optimization.

Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential partnership opportunities and explore new business growth channels.

Analyze partnership performance data and prepare regular operational reports to support business decision-making.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Conduct risk assessment and management for partnership-related activities to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in partnership operations, business development, account management, or related roles within the internet or e-commerce industry.

Strong business negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to integrate and leverage resources effectively.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to create insightful reports and business recommendations.

Solid project management experience, with the ability to independently lead projects from planning through execution.

Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working effectively under pressure in a collaborative team environment.

Location: Chino, California Salary Range: $70,304 - $73,000 + Annual Performance Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time
