Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Hours: 32 hours per week (30-minute lunch)
Starting Rate $21.32-$22.32
Location-Santa Ana, CA
Assignment: 3+ months with extension and conversion possible based on business needs
Education High school diploma or GED REQUIRED
Valid Food handler's card
Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
Prepare consistent, high-quality products for service
Produce food items accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
Work across multiple kitchen stations including grill, sandwich, and catering
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Minimum 1 year of previous cooking experience required
Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to read, scale, and follow recipes accurately
Strong communication skills with Managers, Customers, and Kitchen Personnel
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
