Description:

Cook Prep / Kitchen Associate

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Hours: 32 hours per week (30-minute lunch)
Starting Rate $21.32-$22.32
Location-Santa Ana, CA
Assignment: 3+ months with extension and conversion possible based on business needs

  • Education High school diploma or GED REQUIRED
    Valid Food handler's card

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices

  • Prepare consistent, high-quality products for service

  • Produce food items accurately and efficiently in a timely manner

  • Work across multiple kitchen stations including grill, sandwich, and catering

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of previous cooking experience required

  • Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Ability to read, scale, and follow recipes accurately

  • Strong communication skills with Managers, Customers, and Kitchen Personnel

  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
