Job Details

Our detailers create quality construction, repair and product submittal and production drawings from the contract documents and our project documents, which define and detail the product and related installation and building requirements. You will identify areas of concern and propose solutions with some of the country's best architects, builders, owners, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Create construction submittals and manufacturing drawings for chute, compactor, and waste sorter equipment. Apply field measurements (by others) to revise submittals to as-built and create product production, fabrication, and installation details. Ensure adherence to rated deck and shaft wall construction methods, as well as all relevant building codes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, and vendors to ensure project success. Provide support and training to architects, engineers, designers, specifiers, and builders. Design and implement system and method improvements. Engage with customers to provide consultative support and ensure satisfaction. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create dynamic blocks and advanced applications. Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful project completion. Maintain proficiency in Fishbowl Order Management, Autodesk, Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office Suite. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural and framing detailing of multi-story/family type-V. We don't want to teach construction methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD, dynamic block development, and other relevant software. Appropriate Autodesk certifications required. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly. Experience in a customer-facing role, providing consultative support.
