Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is the nation's leading provider of non-medical, in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs.

We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide support to our senior population as needed! You will be on-call and responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Santa Ana, Anaheim, East LA, Grand Plaza, South LA, Lynwood, Huntington Park, West Covina, and surrounding areas!

Responsibilities:

Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer
Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up
Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash
Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant's condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of Caregiver experience w/ Hoyer Lift
Weekday and Weekend Availability
Pass Criminal Background
Pass Physical - TB Test
Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance
Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)
BLS/CPR/First Aid - American Heart Association
