AWS Global Sales drives adoption of the AWS cloud worldwide. As a Solutions Architect, you will build deep technical relationships with customers, provide trusted advice across AWS services, and help customers migrate, modernize, and innovate with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the overall technical relationship between AWS and customers.
• Providing recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Guiding customers across AWS portfolio and developing new reference architectures.
• Creating and sharing best practices, technical content, and reference architectures.
• Evangelizing and educating customers through workshops, user groups, public speaking, and other outreach.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with end user or developer communities.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.

Base salary range: USA, CA, Irvine – 153,600.00 – 207,800.00 USD annually; USA, CA, San Francisco – 176,600.00 – 239,000.00 USD annually. The compensation package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units, benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
