Job Role: TOP SECRET - DevOps Developer 4 Location: Seal Beach, CA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Seal Beach or El Segundo, California Pay Range: $95-100/hr Competitive and commensurate with experience Introduction Join a high-performing team immersed in high-intensity development projects within the Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Space, Intelligence and Weapon Systems (SI&WS), Ground and Mission Systems Engineering (GMSE) division. We are seeking a Lead or Senior DevOps Developer to help create the next generation of products and services for the BDS business unit. Our focus is on rapid prototyping to demonstrate mission-focused technologies for a variety of customers, including U.S. government agencies responsible for advanced technology national security missions. Required Skills & Qualifications * 3 years of experience with deploying, securing, and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems (RHEL5/6/7/8) * Experience in DevOps cloud system design * Experience with scripting, particularly in shell scripting in sh and csh variants, Bash, Python, and PERL * Experience writing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep, ARM, or Terraform * Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated CI/FS polygraph * Prior work experience at client or in client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications * 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience with Client Virtual Machines and Hypervisor * Experience with PKI certificates and Security protocols * Experience with Jira and Confluence * Experience with Windows 10 * Active CompTIA Security certification Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Apply modern DevOps practices (including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and infrastructure as code) to streamline integration and test activities * Stand up, configure, and maintain secure test environments leveraging cloud-native and virtualized resources * Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes, incorporating automation, metrics, and lessons learned to increase efficiency and reliability * Automate, develop, monitor, improve, and troubleshoot across engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration processes, and security controls * Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability * Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers Company Benefits & Culture * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Opportunities for professional development and career growth For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex. saksham.srivasatava@artech .com
